The lightweight baseplate with 15 mm rod system is designed to match the SONY FX6 optical center. It features two attachment points (1/4-20 and 3/8-16) for securely mounting the Sony FX6 body. The baseplate also comes with a pair of 15 mm rods that are 12” long through the length of the baseplate. The bottom of the plate features several 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting holes for mounting and balancing your camera on equipment like a tripod.

15 mm 12" rods (15TUBE12) This pair of SHAPE 15 mm Aluminium Rods (12") connect into your camera rig, extend it, and let you add various SHAPE and third-party accessories compatible with 15 mm rods. With these two rods and with a few fundamental accessories, you can most certainly even begin building your own rig from scratch. The rods are each 15 mm in diameter, 12 inches long, hollow, non-threaded, and made of reliable aluminium coated with a clear finish.
