Camera Servicing
We work on the complete range of Sony professional cameras, also Canon and Panasonic models. Our camera line-up area is custom designed and equipped with the latest test equipment.
Whether it's just a simple 'clean and check' or a major repair, we'll make sure your camera is returned to you as quickly as possible, in top condition, ready for work.
Sony Warranty Repairs
Top-Teks is an official Sony Authorised Service Centre (ASC), one of only three in the UK. As such, we can carry out in-warranty repairs on all Sony professional models, with no cost to the end user, whether purchased from us originally or from elsewhere.
We always aim to turn your repair around faster than the manufacturer can, and rarely disappoint!
Monitor Repairs & Calibration
As an Authorised Service Centre for Sony, TVLogic and SmallHD, we can deal with a wide range of monitors including warranty repairs.
We also offer a full calibration service, including complete documentation and Netflix-approved certification.
Tripod Repairs & Servicing
Authorised Service Centre for Sachtler, O'Connor and Manfrotto. We also service and reapir Vinten, Miller and Camgear models in our dedicated tripod servicing area, equipped with ultrasonic and detergent bath cleaning facilities. Great pictures start with solid support. We'll bring your tripod head and legs back to full perforamnce.
Insurance Estimates
Accidents happen so should the worst happen, we can access your equipment and provide full written reports.
We have many years of experience in dealing with insurance claims and a good relationship with all the major insurers and claim assessors. This means that we can make the claims process as smooth as possible and get you back to work quickly.
Firmware Upgrades
Upgrading your camera firmware can be a daunting prospect for many. Take the stress out of upgrades by having our engineers take care of it for you.
With our experienced, and access to manufacturer engineering bulletings, we know about possible bugs and compatibility issues, meaning we can advise on the best version for you.
Spare Parts
In addition to carrying a large stock of spares on site, we can obtain any parts you may need from Sony, Canon, TVLogic, SmallHD, Teradek, Sachtler, O'Connor, Vinten and many others.
