About the IDX VL-2X 2-Channel ENDURA V-Mount Charger

The IDX 2-Channel ENDURA V-Mount Charger delivers slim, lightweight 2-channel charging with the added advantage of an integrated 36W power supply. With a new fanless design, the VL-2X also delivers high power charging without the noise of a typical quick charger. The VL-2X is a multi-chemistry charger for both Li-ion and Ni-Cad battery types.

The IDX 2-Channel ENDURA V-Mount Charger is a sequential desktop charger for V-mount batteries of both lithium-ion and Ni-Cad chemistries. It's also a power supply, featuring a 4-pin XLR power output that can be used at the same time as when a battery is being charged. So you can charge a battery and power a camera, light, or other device at the same time. It's also fanless, so operation is quiet.

The IDX 2-Channel ENDURA V-Mount Charger automatically switches to the second battery when done charging the first. Internal safety features protect both the battery and charger from serious damage should faulty or misused batteries be placed on charge. Furthermore, charging will automatically stop if the battery reaches an overvoltage condition.

The VL-2X has a compact and lightweight design, coming in at just under 1 lb. It features desktop feet and also a flip out Kickstand for ultimate support in holding two batteries.

The VL-2X supports worldwide 100-240V power input and comes with a North American AC power adapter.
