Waiting For The Arri Amira?
If you really want to wait for an Arri Amira... Why not contract hire an F5 or F55 kit while you're waiting?
The kit includes all the lens adapters Arri are proposing for the Amira. PL, B4 and EF as well as Sony FZ (Nikon can be added if required).
