Terms and Conditions End-user
1.Participating Sony Professional Solutions Specialists (SPSS) "Dealers" are operating a promotion whereby when an end user purchases a HXR-NX5E, HXR-NX70E, PMW-150, PMW-200 or PMW-F5 camcorder ("Sony Camcorder") the end user is entitled to trade in their old handheld camcorder and receive a minimum discount value as follows. (*including local sales tax such as VAT)
HXR-NX5E – 300* Euro; HXR-NX70E – 200* Euro; PMW-150 - 400* Euro; PMW-200 – 500* Euro; PMW-F5 – 2000* Euro
2.In order to qualify for this promotion the End-User must trade in their old camcorder when they purchase the Sony Camcorder
a)For HXR-NX5E, HXR-NX70E, PMW-150, PMW-200 the trade in camcorder must be a professional camcorder with XLR Audio inputs.
b)For PMW-F5 Trade in Models any 2/3", large Sensor OR with minimum of 50mb/sec camera.
c)The trade in is available on a one to one basis, with the offer limited to one trade in per camcorder purchased
1.All sales of Sony Products will be made subject to the participating Dealer's terms of supply. All Dealers are under no obligation to Sony in respect of the price at which they sell the Sony products. As Dealers are free to set their own prices the prices for Sony Products will vary between Dealers. Eligible End Users should therefore contact Dealers for full information as to: a) the terms of sale; b) whether the Dealer is participating in this promotion and c) the prices offered by the Dealer.
2.The Dealer is responsible for ensuring that all relevant consents are obtained from Eligible End –Users in respect of the their personal data, to allow personal data to be held, passed and processed under the operation of Sony’s Prime Support registration process and for use by Sony in the administration of this promotion and to inform Eligible End-Users of future products and offers.
3.This promotion is only operated by participating Sony Professional Solutions Specialists (SPSS) "Dealers" in the EEA, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Serbia , Montenegro, Moldova, Switzerland and Israel.
4.The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion, or to terminate the Promotion at any time and without prior notice.
