Content Browser 2.0

The current Content Browser application which is usable with XDCAM & NXCAM products has been updated to Version 2.0 (V.2.0.1 is the exact name) To make a smooth transition to Version 2.0 customers can get one free license key via mail when registering on this website until 31st May 2013:  After this date, if a customer wants to upgrade from Version 1.1 to Version 2.0.1, the license keys need to be purchased via Sony Creative Software webpage : www.sonycreativesoftware.com and will cost $20. Payment will be done via credit card. This version offers XAVC support to playback files recorded with the new PMW-F5/55. Content Browser is no longer free of charge, customers need a license key to activate Content Browser 2.0.1 and beyond. 1) Customers can still download Content Browser Ver1.1 from our webpage without any cost. This version will remain free of charge. You can download the version here:  2) Content Browser 2.0 itself can be downloaded here: How to get the license key when existing or new customers want to activate Content Browser v2.0.1? a) Every PMW-F5/ F55 box will contain one single license key which can be used for one computer only (Mac or PC).This license key will also activate the NXCAM format (sold as a separate pack in the past). b) Other XDCAM and NXCAM products will also contain one license key in their box. We will provide you shortly with the information from which serial number to use.  c) From March 1st to May 31st:  3) From June on, to be confirmed: Volume license pack (10pcs) are planned to be available for purchase to better answer needs of broadcast station, rental houses, etc. 4) The already existing "Advanced Option Pack" will remain as it is. Buying this pack will include the license key to activate Content Browser v2.0.1 as well.
