Regular servicing ensures optimum performance and continued reliable operation. We recommend equipment should be checked annually and every time it has been exposed to extreme weather conditions. Our experienced engineers are able to offer an excellent level of service, with regular training to keep them up to date with the constant changes in technology. All offers available until 31^st June 2013

Labour Charge Only £65ph for Any Repairs (normally £85)

Camera Clean & Check Service Only £130 (normally £170)

• Clean exterior, clean optical system and mechanism
• Carry out a full operational check
• Software is checked and updated if necessary
• Cameras are tested and aligned in a dedicated line up room - camera alignment and pre-set white balance are checked and adjusted as required
• Recorders are tested and aligned as required, older tape based recorder systems will be checked for mechanical wear of transport components and heads

*The customer will be advised of any remedial work required and additional costs before the work is carried out.  

Complete Software Update £50

One off charge to complete any outstanding updates Manufacturers periodically issue software updates, these can enable new features and enhancements, and can also be "bug fixes
