Lighting Masterclass 15th Jan - 17th Jan
Less than an hour after mailing out the invitation for the Lighting Masterclass, which was originally for 30 people, we had filled these spaces and the requests just kept coming. We added another two days to the event and were still unable to meet the high demand! We
eventually had more than 200 requests to attend our Masterclass. From speaking to many of the people who attended, it became clear that for new and experienced cameramen it’s not only important to keep up to date with emerging technologies and ever changing kit, but also important and never too late to try something different. For many freelancers, it’s important to meet other professionals and gain an insight into how other people do things.
The teacher for the day was Jonathan Harrison, an experienced Director of Photography and speaker who seemed to have a great following within the industry. He had spoken at many events before, doing short workshops such as "lighting on the run
